Location: MakerSpace (located upstairs; no a/c in the main room, but adjacent classroom available to cool down)
Come paint with us—in 3-D! In this workshop, we will create a three-dimensional shadow box scene and use various painting techniques to make it come to life. You’ll have the option to use paint pouring techniques to create beautiful backgrounds, and use a scroll saw to cut out intricate shapes accentuate the features of your piece. Shallow drawers will create the frames for our pieces and give them a sense of depth. We’ll use recycled paint in all colors and will have access to scrap wood and found objects to add to our 3-D artwork.

Late Policy: Please arrive on time so that you do not miss the safety talk. For safety reasons, those arriving 15 or more minutes late may be refused at the discretion of the workshop host.
Refunds/Exchanges: All workshops are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, they may be transferred to another party. Any unused workshop fee will be applied as a donation to our Environmental Education and MakerSpace programs.
