Salvage Store Information During COVID-19
SHOPPING
Store Hours: 11am-5pm, Wednesday to Saturday
Capacity: Staff will monitor the number of people in store to not exceed capacity. If we reach capacity, customers will be asked to wait in line and will be allowed in as others leave.
*NEW* Store Layout: In order to improve efficiency and make shopping easier, we have rearranged our store layout. Our footprint has also been consolidated into the main warehouse. The map below and new signs will point you in the right direction!

DONATING MATERIALS
*NEW* Donation Hours: 11am-5pm, Wednesday to Saturday | Drop offs only. We have resumed donation pick up requests! Please call the store to schedule a pick up or send an email to donations@thgreenproject.org.

Donation Guidelines: Due to limited staff capacity and in an effort to bring customers high quality products, we have revised our guidelines for what we accept as donations. Please review in detail prior to donating. If you are unsure, please email a photo and description of your materials to donations@thegreenproject.org. Emails without photos cannot be properly reviewed.

COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES
Masks are a must for both staff and customers. Please maintain a 6ft distance from others at all times.
Please do not come if you are feeling ill or have a fever, or if you have been around someone who is ill.
Surfaces will be wiped frequently and hand sanitizer will be available.
Restrooms will not be open to the public.
Bring your own tape measures if you need them!
STORE POLICIES
All items sold as is.
All sales are final. Due to COVID-19, we are unable to process returns.
All merchandise must be taken immediately upon purchase. No holds.
Prices are non-negotiable. Any item without a price tag or set price cannot be sold.
Cash and all major credit cards will be accepted.
Customers may not test merchandise for any reason, including but not limited to light fixtures, power tools, and appliances.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Closed toed shoes are encouraged. Although we work diligently to maintain a clean, safe space, please be aware of nails and broken glass, and other potential hazards due to the nature of reclaimed building materials.
